When I was reading through the goals, I was amused by the first item. It struck me as an oddly specific amount of money as the goal. I got your math after reading further, but I probably would have said $506 + $694 = $1,200 towards the debt monthly, or $754 so it’s $1,260 a month.
Yeah, that probably would make more sense. I guess because the minimum payment seems just like another (non-student-loan) bill to pay, anything above and beyond seems like a completely separate thing!
